The Flu Solution

Okay so I came back from my trip and got a SUPER FLU BUG that kept me (AND several friends) down, delirious and just plain miserable for 10 days!! I wish someone would have shown me the above contraption at the onset my illness!

Thankfully on the mend, FINALLY!
